Barbara Schoenoff South America Nanahuatzin represents the magnificent cultures of the southern Americas before the Europeans arrived. He stands tall greeting the sun in gold and semiprecious stones, powerful and regal. We will be creating the warrior/priest by piecing his body, articulating with a wire armature, sculpting in cloth, costuming in luscious fabrics, embellishing with feathers, beads, jewelry, and working with a new product for his breast plate and mask.
